Returns, Refunds & Shipping Policy

At Seruhe, we take great care in every product we create and ship.

If you are purchasing as a consumer within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, unopened, and returned in their original, fully intact packaging. As our products are intended for personal use, we are unable to accept returns of any item that has been opened or unsealed, due to hygiene and health protection reasons.

To request a return, please contact us at info@seruhe.com and include your order number together with details of your request.

Returned items must be sent back within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw from the purchase.

Unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrectly supplied, the customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please with any damage include a picture.

Once your return has been received and approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

All available shipping options, shipping charges, and estimated delivery times are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.

Orders are processed once payment has been successfully received. We aim to dispatch orders without undue delay. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, shipping provider, seasonal demand, or circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Seruhe cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer.

If an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at info@seruhe.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable consumer law.
