OVERVIEW
Welcome to SERUHE. The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to SERUHE. SERUHE operates this website and store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services made available to you (the “Services”).
SERUHE uses Shopify to power its online store and to enable us to provide the Services to you.
These Terms of Service, together with any policies referenced herein, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy, set out the terms on which you may access and use the Services.

We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time and to limit quantities of any product offered.
SECTION 3 - ORDERS
When you place an order through the Services, you are making an offer to purchase the selected product(s).
All orders are subject to acceptance by SERUHE. We reserve the right to refuse, reject, or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, errors in product information or pricing, suspected fraud, or other circumstances that make fulfilment impossible or inappropriate.
Your order is not accepted until we send you an order confirmation or otherwise confirm acceptance.
You are responsible for reviewing your order carefully before submitting it. Once an order has been accepted, we may not be able to accommodate cancellation requests.
Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy.
You confirm that any goods purchased through the Services are for personal or household use and not for resale, commercial distribution, or export, unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
SECTION 4 - PRICES AND BILLING
All prices shown on the Services are stated in the applicable currency.
Where required by applicable law, prices displayed to consumers will include VAT and other mandatory charges. Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, and similar charges, if applicable, will be shown or otherwise communicated before the order is completed.
We reserve the right to change prices, promotions, discounts, and product availability at any time before an order is accepted.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, payment, and account information for all purchases made through the Services. You also agree to update such information promptly where necessary.
By placing an order, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method and that the payment information provided is valid.
SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping and delivery information, including available shipping methods, estimated delivery times, and shipping costs, is provided at checkout and in our Shipping Policy.
Any delivery times stated are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
SERUHE shall not be liable for delays caused by carriers, customs authorities, strikes, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Where SERUHE dispatches goods to a consumer, the risk of loss of or damage to the goods passes to the consumer when the consumer, or a third party indicated by the consumer other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the goods, unless otherwise provided by applicable law. If the consumer independently appoints a carrier not offered by SERUHE, risk may pass earlier in accordance with applicable law.
Please ensure that all shipping information provided is accurate and complete. SERUHE is not responsible for failed delivery, delay, or additional cost caused by inaccurate or incomplete delivery information supplied by the customer.
Nothing in this Section affects the consumer’s statutory rights under applicable law.
SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content and materials made available through the Services, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, brand names, product names, text, graphics, images, videos, audio, page layouts, and software, are owned by or licensed to SERUHE, Shopify, or their respective licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services only for your personal, non-commercial use.
You must not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, transmit, display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any part of the Services without our prior written consent, except where expressly permitted by mandatory law.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right in or to any intellectual property owned by SERUHE, Shopify, or any third party, except for the limited right to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS
We may provide access to third-party tools or services that we neither monitor nor control.
You acknowledge and agree that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties, representations, or conditions of any kind.
Your use of any optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and subject to the terms of the relevant third-party provider.

The Services may contain links to third-party websites, content, or functionality.
We are not responsible for examining or evaluating the content, accuracy, legality, or practices of any third-party website or service.
Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk and subject to that third party’s own terms and policies.
SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY
SERUHE is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in this store are made directly with SERUHE.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of any sales between you and SERUHE, including any injury, damage, loss, or dispute arising from products or services purchased from SERUHE.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release Shopify and its affiliates from claims, damages, and liabilities arising out of or related to your purchases and transactions with SERUHE.
SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY
All personal data collected through the Services is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
Because the Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify may also process personal data in order to provide and improve the Services.
By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy Policy and understand that certain data may also be processed by Shopify in accordance with Shopify’s own privacy documentation.
SECTION 11 - FEEDBACK
If you submit feedback, suggestions, reviews, proposals, or other content to us (“Feedback”), you grant SERUHE a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable licence to use, reproduce, publish, translate, modify, distribute, and display such Feedback for the purpose of operating, improving, marketing, and promoting the Services, to the extent permitted by law.
You confirm that you own or control all rights in any Feedback you provide and that your Feedback does not violate any law or third-party rights.
We are under no obligation to maintain Feedback in confidence, pay compensation for it, or respond to it.
SECTION 12 - ERRORS, INACCURACIES AND OMISSIONS
Occasionally, information available through the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, shipping charges, transit times, or availability.
We reserve the right to correct such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders where necessary, including after an order has been submitted, provided this is done in accordance with applicable law.

This Section applies if you use, allow, or enable any software agent, automated system, or similar tool (“Agent”) to access or interact with the Services.
No Agent may access or interact with the Services unless it clearly identifies itself as an Agent and complies with any technical or contractual requirements we impose.
We may limit, block, or control whether and how Agents may access or interact with the Services.
Agents must not conceal their automated nature, bypass access controls, mimic human behaviour to avoid detection, or circumvent technical measures intended to regulate automated access.
SECTION 15 - TERMINATION
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services, in whole or in part, at any time where reasonably necessary, including where you breach these Terms, commit fraud, misuse the Services, or where continued access would expose SERUHE or others to risk.
Termination will not affect any rights or obligations that arose before termination.
Any provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall continue in effect, including provisions relating to intellectual property, liability, indemnity, governing law, and dispute-related matters.
SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and except as expressly stated by SERUHE, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or always available, or that any non-essential defects will be corrected.
Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or limits any statutory rights, remedies, guarantees, or protections available to consumers under applicable law, including rights relating to faulty, damaged, or non-conforming goods.
SECTION 17 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SERUHE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, or loss of data, arising from your use of the Services or from products purchased through the Services.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation would be unlawful, including liability relating to mandatory consumer rights or for faulty goods where statutory remedies apply.
SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless SERUHE, its affiliates, service providers, and contractors against claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, your unlawful use of the Services, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
This Section does not apply to the extent that such indemnification would be prohibited by applicable consumer law.
SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remainder of the Terms shall remain valid and enforceable.
SECTION 20 - WAIVER; ENTIRE AGREEMENT
Any failure by SERUHE to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or of any other provision.
These Terms, together with any policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and SERUHE regarding your use of the Services and supersede any prior agreements or understandings relating to that use.
SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.
SERUHE may assign, transfer, or delegate its rights and obligations under these Terms, provided that doing so does not reduce any mandatory rights you have under applicable law.
SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW
These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, nothing in these Terms shall deprive you of any mandatory protections granted to you under the consumer laws applicable in your country of residence.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in accordance with applicable law.

The headings used in these Terms are included for convenience only and do not affect their interpretation.
